This cactus, by the name of Zenino, is Zeta Baby, a lotion for face and body with essential oils disliked by insects.

Formula
Formula dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, with the purest essential oils, free from dyes and silicones. Each production batch is tested for Nickel*, Chromium*, and Cobalt*(*<1ppm).
Use
Spray evenly on the skin. Rub in gently. Apply as frequently as required. Do not spray directly onto the face. To apply to the face, spray first onto the hand and then rub on the face
